In the case of other processing of personal data, we provide information exclusively to the data subjects to whom this processing relates or in the context of the terms and conditions of individual services or contractual relationships.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Provided personal data<\/strong>\u00a0we use only for the predetermined purpose of processing, which is clearly, unambiguously and specifically defined in our Record of the processing activities of the controller in accordance with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, constitutional laws, laws and international treaties to which the Slovak Republic is bound.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>On the website<\/strong>\u00a0we process the personal data of data subjects in particular when browsing and registering, communicating with data subjects, using contact forms, using cookies, subscribing to services, sending suggestions for reporting or other contributions, participating in the production and filming of programmes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Pursuant to Article 6(1) of the Regulation\u00a0<\/strong><strong>on data protection, respectively \u00a7 13 (1) of the Personal Data Protection Act<\/strong>\u00a0the company processes personal data on a legal basis when<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for at least one specific purpose in the registration of representatives of suppliers and customers, the publication of data on the website, the social network and in printed documents,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of a pre-contractual measure at the request of the data subject in the registration of subjects of general legal and contractual relations, ordering of service applicants, provision of services, sale of goods, handling of complaints.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the processing of personal data is necessary pursuant to a special regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound for the maintenance of personnel records on attendance, social and health insurance contributions, payroll management, processing of tax returns, settlement of business trips, processing of accounting documents, receipt and issue of cash, receipt and dispatch of paper and electronic mail, administration of reg. Centre, carrying out control or supervisory activities, handling requests, suggestions and complaints, instructing and training persons, exercising the rights of data subjects and recording security incidents,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party in the use of contacts for work purposes, the offer of services and goods - marketing activities, promotion of the company and the exercise of rights and legal claims.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Consent of the data subject<\/strong>\u00a0we do this without coercion and enforcement, as well as without conditioning the threat of refusal of a contractual relationship, the services provided or obligations arising for the company from legally binding acts of the European Union, an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound or a law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Provision of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0form of consent is voluntary and free. The data subject has the right to withdraw his\/her consent at any time by delivering a written withdrawal of consent to the contact address of the company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>When processing personal data of data subjects obtained from a third party<\/strong>\u00a0the company shall always make sure that the data subject has given consent to the third party to transfer (process) the personal data for the purpose and that such transfer and processing of the personal data can be reasonably expected by the data subject.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>In relation to persons under 16 years of age<\/strong>\u00a0we do not collect or process the personal data of such individuals without the prior consent of their legal representative.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Legitimate interest<\/strong>\u00a0The company's main activities are the use of contacts for work purposes, information and promotion, improvement of the quality of services, as well as seeking the opinions, suggestions and comments of data subjects and the exercise of rights and legal claims.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">In the event of refusal to provide personal data for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations or legal obligations, the controller is entitled to warn the data subject of the possible consequences of not providing personal data!<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Information on categories and scope of personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Personal data<\/strong>, which the company processes are divided into ordinary personal data and special category personal data for the purpose of informing the data subjects.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Common personal data<\/strong>\u00a0are identification, location, contact, employment, contract, family, payment, education, qualification, pension, property, access, communication, security or other data based on one or more characteristics or features, the processing of which is defined in Article 6(1) of the Data Protection Regulation and Section 13(1) of the Data Protection Act.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Specific categories of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Data processed on the website\u00a0<\/strong>are those that include access to and activity on the website, in particular the IP address part, information relating to the browser and operating system used, the date and time of access, the scope and content of the visit, the volume of data sent. In particular, we use this data to improve the quality of access and content, as well as to ensure the security of the website or for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising in the browser.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The company processes personal data of data subjects in its information systems only\u00a0<strong>to the extent necessary for<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>to achieve the stated purpose,<\/strong>\u00a0which is provided for by specific generally applicable law, or by the consent of the data subject. In doing so, it shall take into account the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data and the risks involved and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with the law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For the quality and reliable protection of the personal data processed, the company has both standard and specifically designed protections in place that provide adequate safeguards for the security of the processing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The processing of personal data of data subjects in our information systems is carried out\u00a0<strong>automated and non-automated<\/strong>\u00a0means of processing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Provision and publication<\/strong>shall not be carried out except where required by specific legislation or by a decision of a court or other authorised body, or in the exercise of contractual obligations, our legitimate interests and on the basis of the data subject's consent.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Mediation\u00a0<\/strong>and the selection of processors shall be carried out, inter alia, with regard to guarantees of their reliability and professional readiness for the processing of personal data, and these entities shall be contractually obliged to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with all legal requirements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Identification data of the entities<\/strong>that process personal data for the company as well as the entities for which the company processes personal data are listed in the record of processing activities of the controller and the record of categories of processing activities of the processor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Transfer of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>to a third country or an international organisation\u00a0<\/strong>is not performed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Automated individual decision-making<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>including profiling<\/strong>\u00a0is not implemented.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Retention of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0is ensured in the conditions of the company according to Act No. 395\/2002 Coll. on Archives and Registers. Personal data are kept only for the necessary duration of the purpose and subsequently for archiving purposes for the period specified in the registry plan of the controller and are archived for the period required and specified in the relevant legislation and according to the generally applicable limitation periods.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Information on the rights of the data subject<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act guarantee data subjects<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Right of access to personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you and, if so, the right to access that personal data, as well as the right to basic information about the processing of your personal data.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Right to rectification and\/or completion of personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">You have the right to request that we correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay, as well as the right to have incomplete personal data completed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Right to erasure of personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">You have the right to request the immediate erasure of your personal data only if<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">you withdraw the consent on the basis of which the processing is carried out and if there is no other legal basis for the processing;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">personal data have been unlawfully processed;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under European Union law or the law of a Member State to which we are subject;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">the personal data were collected in connection with the offer of information society services pursuant to Article 8(1) of the Data Protection Regulation. In the case of direct marketing, you always have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
